How far in advance should I book catering?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for events. For large events of 200+ guests, 4 weeks is ideal. Contact us and we'll work with your timeline.

Where can I find your food truck?

We're typically set up around Benson and Johnston County, NC. Follow us on our schedule page or call ahead to find out where we'll be parked this week.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We always have sides that are vegetarian-friendly. Our smoked chicken is gluten-free. Let us know your needs when you book and we'll make sure everyone eats well.

What's the minimum for catering orders?

Our catering minimum is 25 guests. For smaller groups, our bulk meat and sides packages start at just $100. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
