NC BBQ Togo started with a simple belief: real barbecue doesn't need a fancy restaurant — it just needs real wood, real smoke, and real patience. We fire up our smoker before dawn and let the wood do the talking.

Based out of Benson, North Carolina, we grew up on Eastern NC-style whole hog barbecue and Texas-style brisket. We took the best of both worlds and built a menu that honors tradition while putting our own stamp on every plate.
